1. 📍 Delivery Areas

We deliver to all the major and well-known cities in Morocco, including:

2. 🕒 Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery is available every day of the week from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

  • Same-day delivery is possible for orders placed before 12:00 PM

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next day, unless otherwise arranged

🎉 For weddings and large events, we recommend booking at least 3 to 7 days in advance.

3. 💸 Shipping Fees

  • Delivery within major cities is usually free or at a minimal fee, which will be clearly shown during checkout

  • Additional charges may apply for smaller towns or locations requiring special arrangements, depending on distance and circumstances

  • We deliver to the address provided at checkout, so please ensure it is accurate

  • If the recipient is not available at the delivery time, we will contact you to reschedule or leave the order in a secure place

  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery due to unavailability or incorrect information

  • Flowers are arranged fresh on the day of delivery to ensure freshness and beauty

  • They are carefully packaged to maintain quality during transit

  • We are not responsible for any damage resulting from delayed receipt or improper storage after delivery
