3. Account Registration

  • Customers may be required to create an account to place orders.

  • Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • Kech FLORA is not responsible for any unauthorized use of customer accounts.

4. Orders

  • Orders can only be placed through the website.

  • Customers must provide accurate and complete information (name, address, phone number, email).

  • After placing an order, a confirmation email with order details will be sent.

  • Kech FLORA reserves the right to accept or reject any order for reasons including availability, payment verification, or security concerns.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and include applicable taxes.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

  • Payments must be made through the secure online payment methods available on the website.

  • Orders may be cancelled automatically if payment fails.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver to all major cities in Morocco (a detailed list is available in our Shipping Policy).

  • For smaller towns or remote locations, please contact us to arrange delivery.

  • Delivery is available every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

  • We strive to deliver orders on time; however, delays due to weather, traffic, or technical issues may occur.

  • If the recipient is unavailable at delivery time, we will contact you to reschedule; additional fees may apply for re-delivery.

7. Cancellation and Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns or exchanges once orders are prepared or delivered, except in cases of clear defects or incorrect orders.

  • Cancellation requests can be made within 30 minutes of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been prepared.

  • For defective or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for evaluation and potential replacement or refund.

8. Liability

  • We are committed to providing high-quality products and services but are not liable for damages resulting from misuse or improper storage after delivery.

  • Kech FLORA shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of the website or products.

  • In case of dispute, our liability is limited to the value of the affected product.

9. Personal Data Protection

  • We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Customers have the right to access, update, or delete their personal data by contacting our support team.
